Main Examination
The aspirants who have cleared the UPSC Preliminary examination are admitted for Main Examination Coaching (225 aspirants). Intensive coaching for nearly two to four months is given to the aspirants.

Based on merit through a competitive entrance examination conducted throughout Tamil Nadu and Community Reservation system, 225 aspirants are admitted in Residential coaching and 100 aspirants in Non-Residential coaching.

The Institute conducts Model Personality Tests for candidates who have cleared their Main Examination. Sessions are conducted by senior officers and subject experts.
